It’s ideal for golden and crunchy fried foods or for blending risotto. thanks to the removal of water and casein, it’s suitable for every high-temperature cookings. Aromatic breadcrumbs made with Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, truffle butter and a tbsp of chopped mixed herbs (fresh rosemary, chives & thyme), blend well, top roasted new potatoes with crumb mixture, then finishing off for last 10 minutes in the oven.
