Taste: a mild sweetness with a mix of nutty and spicy undertones - a sweet and savory balance, smoky and complex. Slight notes of leather and wood. Less sweet than clover, with strong flavor, natural occurring tannins which give the honey a noticeably bitter, lingering finish.
