This pasta is slowly dried, which preserves its orgaoleptic and nutritional properties. Serving Suggestions
This traditional pasta shape is great for creamy sauces, and sauces with vegetables, pesto, and even salads, each spiral holds on to every bite of goodness. For authentic “al dente” pasta, boil uncovered in salted water, stirring occassionally for approximately 9 minutes. Serve immediately with your favourite sauce. Try: creamy garlic with fresh cream, garlic, black pepper and parmesan cheese. Baked Spicy Pasta with rustic Passata ( crushed tomatoes) garlic, red pepper flakes, onions, almond milk, mozzarella and Parmesan. Chickpea and Fusilli Salad or Pesto baked pasta dish. (Boil initially for slightly less time if baking after assembling).
