Bombondrice is an artisan producer located in Caldas da Rainha, north of Lisbon, Portugal. Daniel & Margarida Viegas produce a range of preserves using 67% fresh fruit and only a little sugar, with no artificial colors or preservatives. Peaches are cooked slowly to enhance not only color, but the intense flavor, adding only enough sugar to taste, delicious jam, sure to delight the most sophisticated palate.
