Daniel & Margarida Viegas produce a range of preserves using 67% fresh fruit and only a little sugar, with no artificial colors or preservatives. Carrot with its intense flavor is elevated with a touch of sweet orange.Combined and cooked slowly to enhance not only color, but the intense flavor, adding only enough sugar to taste, delicious jam, sure to delight the most sophisticated palate.
