Bombondrice is an artisan producer located in Caldas da Rainha, north of Lisbon, Portugal. Daniel & Margarida Viegas produce a range of preserves using 67% fresh fruit and only a little sugar, with no artificial colors or preservatives. Sweet Tomatoes, drenched in Ribatejo sunshine, are cooked slowly using a traditional recipe, removing seeds and skins, with a dash of cinnamon and sugar, enhancing not only the cherry red color, but the intense flavor, delicious jam, sure to delight the most sophisticated palate.
Serving Suggestions
Spread on toast, pastries, fresh artisan bread, with cold meats and cheeses, or use in baking, or as a glaze when cooking meats, grilled fish and roasted vegetables.
