A rare production of only 2500 bottles per year from Santo Amaro Olive grove. This extra virgin olive oil results from the careful selection of Madural and Verdeal Transmontana varieties, olives from century old olive trees grown in the Trás-os-Montes region in Portugal. Harvested at peak ripeness, the oil is immediately extracted at the mill. Very fruity and fresh, both in the nose and in the mouth. Fresh aroma with notes of tomato, grass, bananas and green dried fruits. In the mouth it presents a balanced bitter and spicey sensation, with notes of tomato, banana and apple, a very harmonious oil. The opaque glass bottle helps in preserving the taste.

It is a harmonious olive oil capable of seasonong a piece of meat , as well as a baked fish or a salad . Simple seasoning , or better yet, offer it with fresh bread as an apertif, in the Portuguese style
