This extra virgin olive oil results from the careful selection of centenarian and traditional olive varieties Cobrançosa and Verdeal from olives grown in the Trás-os-Montes region in Portugal. Harvested at peak ripeness, the oil is immediately extracted at the mill. The result is a balanced oil with the taste and smell of fresh fruit and almonds, with notes of artichoke, green apple and almond, culminating in a remarkably sweet, green, bitter and spicy sensation.
