Since 1963 Castellino vegetables have originated from the heart of the Marche region of Italy, the refined and distinct Mediterranean taste, pesto, creams and bruschettas, grilled or stuffed vegetables. Francesco Lombardo carries on the tradition started by his father. Borrettane Onions in Balsamic Vinegar, caramelized firm small onions, are preserved in rich "Aceto Balsamico di Modena PGI" with a hint of sunflower oil, highlighting their delightfully bitter flavor. A truly unique Italian delicacy.

Simply delicious included with cheese platters or antipasto , charcuterie ,in sandwiches or hors d’oeuvre. Wonderful with pan-seared steaks, balancing out the peppery seasoning rub on steaks.
