A complex but well blended balsamic condiment produced with grapes coming from Modena Piedmont region. It is bottled only after several years of refining in barrels of different woods, including cherry and oak which impart their flavor, and in harmony with the original grapes. AROMA: Characteristic, penetrating and persistent, , evident but pleasantly acid, with obvious woody notes. FLAVOR: sweet and tart, intense and persistent with appreciable acidity. TEXTURE: Thick and mellow. COLOR: Brilliant dark brown.
