Made with the very best grapes grown in the sunny hills of the Modena area. Then, it’s the alchemy of time, passion, care, attention and research that perfects this outstanding traditional Balsamic vinegar. It ages in small barrels made up of different types of wood, and is evaluated by the Commission of certified tasters. After passing a strict test, it is bottled and marked as PDO. The tasters express their evaluation through scores, necessary to classify it as Affinato aged at least 12 years. The bottle designed by Giugiaro is the only one allowed in order to make it unique. AWARDS: Winner and ranked as the best Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena out of 1400 competitors in the occasion of the 46th Palio of Spilamberto. AROMA: intense and persistent with a balanced and harmonious bouquet of different wooden flavors.
