Serving Suggestions
The perfect rice to make a traditional risotto. Just add your favorite hot broth, stirring occassionally until ‘al dente’ the perfect texture, and a little “soupy”. Add grated parmiggiano reggiano cheese and butter to taste. Blend the cheese and butter, adding salt and pepper to season.
