Serving Suggestions
This creamy risotto is a delightful tasty dish, easy to prepare. Just add your favorite hot broth, stirring occassionally until ‘al dente’ the perfect texture, and a little “soupy”. Add grated parmiggiano reggiano cheese and butter to taste. Blend the cheese and butter, adding salt and pepper to season. As garnish, in the spring, consider adding fried zucchini blossoms if available to realy impress. A touch of sophistication, a delicate gourmet dish.
