He is an incredibly skilled blender and is thoroughly committed to making high quality olive oil, raising the standards of the industry to success. Farming 65 ha of Olive groves around Montenero, Franci for 'Intense flavors' includes a blend of 5 different cultivars. Frantoio, Moraiolo, Leccino, Olivastra Seggianese and Correggiolo. Each with amazing properties, character and taste . Intense and fresh initially with slightly sweet flavor, followed by a palatable and harmonious bitter and spicy taste .
Serving Suggestions
Use as a finishing oil with soups, boiled or raw vegetables and legumes. ( Classic oil blended with herbs on bread, on fresh tomatoes) Red meat , salads, bruschetta and Pinzimonio. Ideal in the preparation of sauces, for sauteing, frying and marinading vegetables. Try shallow frying eggs, sliced potatoes or fish in EVOO and you will be amazed by the results . (recommended 350F – 375F)
