Serving Suggestions
The “Colatura di gambero rosso” is a new product made from the eggs and juices inside the carapace of the red prawn, extracted. The prawn heads are recovered after processing, and so reusing all parts of the crustausian to give flavor to soups or other fish dishes. It has a delicate flavor that recalls the sweetness of the prawn, and does not contain any added salt in its ingredients. Used in the preparation of appetizers, first courses and gourmet pizzas. Season a first course, cream a risotto, season a fish-based salad, a few drops on a bruschetta or gourmet pizza. A truly unique and inimitable flavor.
