Fisherman’s Spread is a traditional Sardinian seafood recipe based on Tuna , Marlin and Swordfish. A great dressing for canapes and bruschetta, add lemon zest and a pinch of cayenne pepper, fresh parsley as desired. Try in sandwiches and on hot Artesian Toasted baguette, or dipping breadsticks.
