Use Black Garlic in recipes as you would regular or roasted garlic. It can be easily chopped, smashed, or pureed and ideal to stir into soups, stews, dressings, pastas, and sauteed vegetables. It can be used to enhance the flavor of many savory ( and some sweet) recipes. Great on canapes, crotons, crackers, meat , fish and cheese or to season pasta or risotto.
