Raw and unfiltered organic pomegranate vinegar with "mother of vinegar", 5% acidity. Aroma: Delicate acetic smell evoking the ripening of pomegranates. Lingering pomegranate aromas on the palate and a fine balance between acidity and sweetness.Color: Turbid pink. Produced following an age old process where unpasteurised natural organic 100% pomegranate fruit juice is transformed through two fermentations. Known for it's antioxidant proprieties, polyphenols and potssium, cleansing and digestive aids.
Serving Suggestions
Perfect for tropical marinates and dressings or to drink 1 tsp diluted with a glass of water, as the potassium and polyphenols will help to maintain a balanced metabolism. Spice up a quinoa and plum salad, or hummus recipe. Season grilled meat when used in a marinade with Olmais Organic Extra Virgin Olive oil.
