Manually harvested between mid October to mid November using only green and premature olives of the best quality with a premium selection process. The olives grow on the slopes of the Duoro Valley, a beautiful and isolated area where thre Duoro river meets the cliffy rocky mountains. Tasting notes: Intense Fruity, Fresh and Green Taste, with hints of green banana, tomato leaf and a slightly light flavor of dry fruits. Bitter and spicy. Acidity:less than 0.4 %. Olives: Negrinha de Freixo, Cobrancosa, Verdeal Transmontana and Madural. .
