Serving Suggestions
Spaghettoni is the thickest version of spaghetti, for more hearty meals as it really soaks up the flavors of the sauce.For authentic “al dente” pasta . boil uncovered in salted water, stirring occassionally for approximately 10 minutes. Serve immediately with your favourite sauce. Ideas: Tangy lemon juice and fragrant scallions and garlic – cooked in one pot with the pasta ( super quick) Topped with creamy ricotta, salty Parmesan and bitter lemon zest for a bold finish.
