We are always happy to help you shop our products in a smooth way.

This is information if you shop as a private customer.

Shipping

We prepare your order and ship within 1-2 business days.

We offer free standard shipping on orders with a subtotal of $200.00 or more (before taxes and shipping). For all other orders shipping is a flat rate of 8.99.
Shipping is via UPS, and your order will typically arrive within 2 to 5 business days.

Please note we cannot ship internationally, to U.S. Territories, Hawaii or to P.O.Box/APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Return policy

We are confident you will enjoy the products you buy from us, however in case of defective items you may of course request a replacement or request a refund of unopened items.

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items. 

To start a return, please contact us at orders@italianproducts.com or call us at 201-770-9130 to see if your return is accepted.  

When returning product(s), please make sure to use a sturdy packaging to prevent damage in transit. Please remember to insure your package. We cannot be responsible for lost or damaged merchandise.

Exchanges and returns will be processed upon receipt of your package. Please allow for longer processing time during holiday seasons. 

If the return is accepted you will be refunded on your original payment method when we receive the item.

We regret that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. 

Shipping and handling charges will be applied to all exchange orders unless the product(s) were received damaged or defective.
