Casa de Santo Amaro – Extra Virgin Olive Oil PDO Grande Escolha – 16.9 fl oz

This extra virgin olive oil results from the careful selection of centenarian and traditional olive varieties Cobrançosa and Verdeal from olives grown in the Trás-os-Montes region in Portugal. Harvested at peak ripeness, the oil is immediately extracted at the mill. Very fruity and fresh, both in the nose and in the mouth. Strong aroma of fresh olive, herb and tomato. In the mouth it presents a spicy exuberant and persistent, with notes of olive leaves and nuts, having a harmonious and quite prolonged end of mouth.
